RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.


Cancel Order

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales@creabest.co.uk as long as it has not been shipped.


Return or Resend

We offer 30-day guarantee on receipt, which means you can request a return within 30 days after your received the products. We must be informed of any return requests within 30 days of the date the customer received the products.

Within 30 days after the customer receives the goods, CREABEST is responsible for all postage costs of reason “quality problem” or ”wrong shipped”.
The customer is responsible for all postage (Both we ship to you and your own return freight) for "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed".

Over 30 days, CREABEST reserves the right to refuse the return request and only accept the exchange request. The customer shall bear the all cost of exchange.

Please note products must be in new condition. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition.

Additional: Around Christmas (December 15-December 31), our return period is extended to 40 days after the customer receives the goods .


Return/Exchange Steps:

1. Please contact us first for return or exchange.
2. We will send you the return address after confirmation then please waiting for the return.
3. After we receiving the return and checking the package that there is no problem, we will resend the order or make refund.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, for example: order number, the SKU of the product you purchased.

If you request a return, we will charge you a return fee according to certain standards.
If it is due to product quality problems or the wrong goods are sent, we will bear all return postage.
If it is because the customer purchased the product incorrectly or no longer needs it, the customer must bear the return postage.

All return postage charges are based on actual costs paid.

If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you full refund.

If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos with packaging including shipping label, we will offer your full refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it within 2 working days. We will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, funds are automatically refunded to the customer's original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome, the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund 20%-40% of the price of the damaged products in the order.
