As our guarantee states "Every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund" You can follow one of our three simple ways to return.


What You Will Need provide us in your package:
  • Your order number;

  • SKU number and quantity returned;

  • A brief description of the problem with the item in question;


Return/Exchange Policy

Oops! Sometimes the things we love don’t always work out. No problem! We will gladly accept unused, unrepaired and no scratches RV batteries within 30 days from the shipped date. For all RV batteries purchased on the website, creabest's customers can make unconditional refunds within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive your refunds within 5-12 days.

Once the package is received your refund will be processed.


Customers should contact creabest via customer service courier ( before returning any merchandise. Creabest will not be responsible for returned items without prior notice to us.



There will be NO refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Return damaged goods (except for the quality of the product itself).
  • A product that affects two sales or smeared with stains
Tracking number.
We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number.
For All Products

All products purchased on this site, creabest's customers enjoy 24 months of product quality assurance under any circumstances.

Lease retains all packaging materials and batch shipping instructions as they require returns. After mailing the product, please be sure to provide us with the tracking number of the return package. If there is no tracking number available, you need to provide the delivery image. If none of them can provide, creabest may need to handle it for you until the package arrives.

Remember to include the following details in your package: your order number; SKU number and quantity returned; A brief description of the problem with the item in question. This note will help speed up processing time.




Your refund will be processed within 5-12 business days once we have received your package. Please reference your PayPal account statement for confirmation.



Return defective items

If your product (applicable only to items without special warranty terms in the product description and physical damage or improper use) is defective, the result is:


1)After returning, defective items will be returned or replaced free of charge.

The product will be damaged (physical damage and damage due to incorrect use) within 30 days after shipment (via email order for shipping date and order notification). The customer can send the product back to us.

2) After returning a defective product, please provide us with the following proof:

Return incorrect item received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us via our customer service courier and provide us with the wrong picture.

If you need to return the goods, you will be issued replacement and freight reimbursement after receiving the return certificate. Please make sure that the incorrect item you returned is in the original package and the product is in the same status as received.

If you receive the wrong product, please provide us with the following proof:

If a customer returns an item within 30 days of receiving the item, creabest will not pay the return postage. So creabest advises customers to return within 30 days. Creabest reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to the return policy. Any changes will be updated in the forum/policy page/help section to keep customers informed.
